Derrick Durrell Dixon

 

Derrick Durrell Dixon is the founder and CEO of a non-profit, the 3D Foundation which works to improve the lives of children with unique learning styles in the inner city through creative and innovative approaches. Currently a resident of Baltimore, MD, Derrick is a proud father of three sons, whom he adopted as a single father. A model, playwright, director, producer, actorsinger, author and host of the talk show, “Talking with 3D”, on Power 4.4 Radio. Derrick also is the founder of 3DDD Productions, 3D Gear, K.J.C Enterprise and Helping Brothers out, a radio podcast show.

Kristin Young

 

Kristin M. Young is proud to serve as the Vice President of the 3D Foundation. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Communication Studies from Morgan State University, a master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from Bowie State University and is certified as an Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner by the Institute of Professional Excellence in Coaching. Her experiences give her the tools to support our community with grace, empathy and understanding. When she’s not serving with 3D, Kristin is an actress and Event MC. As an entertainer, Kristin enjoys making people smile, laugh and destress.

Olivia C. Flowers

 

Olivia C. Flowers is the Director of Development for The 3D Foundation. She works with individuals and organizations to amplify their communication, connection, and confidence so they can make an influential impact on the world. Olivia holds a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice, has an accomplished Federal career in Acquisition's, is a facilitator for DC Government, an entrepreneur, actress, and Transformation Coach leading “Manifestation Circles” fostering growth and development. She is passionate about people, and organizations reach their potential while making an impact on the world.
