Derrick Durrell Dixon is the founder and CEO of a non-profit, the 3D Foundation which works to improve the lives of children with unique learning styles in the inner city through creative and innovative approaches. Currently a resident of Baltimore, MD, Derrick is a proud father of three sons, whom he adopted as a single father. A model, playwright, director, producer, actor, singer, author and host of the talk show, “Talking with 3D”, on Plushwork TV. Derrick also the founder of 3DDD Productions, 3D Gear, K.J.C Enterprise and Helping Brothers out, a radio podcast show.

Kristin M. Young is proud to serve as the Vice President of the 3D Foundation. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Communication Studies from Morgan State University, a master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from Bowie State University and is certified as an Energy Leadership Index Master Practioner by the Institute of Professional Excellence in Coaching. Her experiences give her the tools to support our community with grace, empathy and understanding.

When she’s not serving with 3D, Kristin is an actress and Event MC. As an entertainer, Kristin enjoys making people smile, laugh and destress.

Olivia C. Flowers

Olivia Clark Flowers is the Director of Development for The 3D Foundation. She works with individuals and organizations to amplify their communication, connection, and confidence so they can make an influential impact on the world. She mentors with passion, guiding her clients to effectively strengthen and elevating their leadership vision to new heights.

With over 15 years of Federal experience, a knack for making meaningful connections with audiences through music and an insatiable appetite for helping others maximize their potential, Olivia knows how to rock a platform, connect with a crowd, and provide training so that others can effectively do the same.

Olivia is passionate about people, leadership, and successful businesses. She is especially inspired to help people take their careers – and themselves – to unprecedented levels.

Olivia holds a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice, has an accomplished Federal career as an Acquisition’s Subject Matter Expert and trainer, a facilitator of Workforce Readiness for the DC Infrastructure Academy and a Transformation Coach leading “Manifestation Circles” fostering growth and development.
